How to use a sonmol peak flow meter,

please follow the following steps:

  1. Switch On the power button.
  2. Stand up. Stand up or sit upright.
  3. Take a deep breath to fill your lungs completely.
  4. Place the peak flow meter in your mouth and seal the mouthpiece well with your lips without the air leak.
  5. Blow out as hard and fast as you can in a single blow.
  6. Your reading is displayed on the screen directly in numbers. If the operation is not good, repeat to blow again.
  7. Immediately repeat steps 1 through 6 two more times. It’s best to test three times in total.
  8. Your best readings will be recorded in the device automatically.
  9. Your asthma zones will be shown on the device without the calculation.
