Instructions For Use

 

1. Maximal Expiratory & Inspiratory Pressure Measurement

Blow in and out training

2. Regular Training Mode

“IN”indicates inspiratory resistance, “OUT” indicates expiratory resistance. The numbers range from 1 to 6, the higher the number, the greater the inspiratory/expiratory resistance.

3.Stand or sit upright. lf unable to do so, lie flat,,even the postions of you are able to breath in our breath out.

Adiust the inhalation and exhalation dials on both sides toset the resistance levels. Start training from level 1 andgradually increase the level as your breathing performanceimproves

 

4.lt is recommended to train 2-3 times a day for 5-10 minutes each session.
