How to use:
For Training
For daily training, you can use the RespiratoryMuscle Trainer directly, or attach the ElectronicManometer to the trainer to monitor your real-time inspiratory and expiratory intensity.
Installation:
1. Attach the Electronic Manometer to the TestMouthpiece.
2. For easy reading, you can also connect the test Mouthpiece and the Electronic Manometer using the Connection Tube.
Note: It is recommended to train 2-3 times a day,
for 5-10 minutes each session.

The MAX Test Mode allows for maximal inspiratory pressure (MEP)and maximal expiratory pressure(MEP)tests to help you monitor your breathing improvements.
Installation:
1. Attach the Electronic Manometer to the TestMouthpiece.
2. For easy reading, you can also connect the test Mouthpiece and the Electronic manometer using the Connection Tube.
Note: Testing your MIP/MEP once a month is recommended.
